The Next Era™ Experience is a self-paced digital educational program delivered online.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course through our learning platform.
The course is intended to support education, self-reflection and personal development. It does not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological treatment or professional advice.
Your purchase provides a single, non-transferable licence for your personal use. Access is granted to one individual only. Your login credentials must remain confidential and may not be shared with any other person.

All course materials, including videos, written content, templates, worksheets, graphics, branding, downloads, exercises and other resources remain the intellectual property of NEXT ERA LIFE DESIGN.
THE NEXT ERA™ is used as a trademark of NEXT ERA LIFE DESIGN.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Your purchase includes ongoing access to the current version of The Next Era™ Experience for as long as the course remains available on our learning platform.
From time to time, we may update, improve, replace or retire content to maintain the quality and relevance of the course.
If we make substantial improvements or expand the course, these updates may be included at our discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue or replace the course where reasonably necessary for business, operational or legal reasons.
Due to the digital nature of this course, access is provided immediately upon successful purchase.
For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, not completing the course or dissatisfaction after access to the course has been provided.
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to the course, please contact us through the contact form so we can assist.
Where a verified technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required or considered appropriate.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Participation in the course does not establish any therapeutic, coaching or professional advisory relationship.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.

By purchasing this course, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of providing the course and associated communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXT ERA LIFE DESIGN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the course.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
