MAGNETIC ME is a live confidence coaching program for women, provided by Next Era Life Design, Queensland, Australia, trading as The Next Era™. These program terms sit alongside our website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Program-specific terms apply to this enrolment where they differ, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
HELLO, 2027 takes place online on January 1, 2027, from 2–6 pm Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10), including breaks. A workshop replay and a shorter recap of the key teaching and exercises are included. Personal sharing is excluded from the replay unless separately agreed.
There are 8 weekly live group coaching sessions on Wednesdays, January 13 to March 3, 2027, at 7 pm Brisbane time (45–90 minutes). The group is limited to 15 women. Joining links, preparation details and access instructions will be sent to your checkout email before the relevant sessions.
The early-enrolment total is $790 AUD: pay in full, or make 2 payments of $395 AUD. Your second and final payment is collected automatically 14 days after your first payment. This is payment towards one complete program, not a recurring membership. There is no automatic renewal. The payment plan is available until 16 December 2026 at 11:59 pm Brisbane time. The second and final payment is scheduled 14 days after the first, no later than 30 December. Your program must be paid in full before the 1 January workshop.
The promotional price ends November 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm Brisbane time. Your first payment must succeed before the deadline to secure it. A second instalment after that date remains $395. The price from 1 December is $990 AUD; later payment options will be shown at checkout. Your agreed enrolment price does not increase after purchase.
Please contact us promptly if a scheduled payment fails or you expect difficulty paying. We will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before considering an access restriction. We will discuss cancellation and any balance using the applicable terms and your legal rights, rather than treating every missed payment as an automatic forfeiture.

If you cancel before 1 January 2027 and have not attended a private coaching session, we will refund your program payments in full and cancel any remaining instalment. There is no cancellation fee.
If you have already attended a private coaching session, or cancel on or after 1 January 2027, we do not normally offer a change-of-mind refund. Please contact us about exceptional circumstances or any concern with delivery. Your legal refund and cancellation rights still apply.
A payment plan spreads the cost of one program. Choosing to stop attending does not automatically cancel the second instalment. If a refund or cancellation is agreed, we will confirm in writing what happens to any remaining payment.
If we cancel the entire program before it starts, we will refund all program payments and cancel remaining instalments. If we end the program partway through, we will refund the undelivered portion and stop charges attributable to it, subject to any further legal rights.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a replacement. If we materially change the agreed dates, format or inclusions, we will explain the change and offer an appropriate cancellation/refund option for participants who do not agree to continue.
Please join live regularly and take part in a way that respects yourself and the group. You choose how much personal detail to share. A missed session does not normally entitle you to a private replacement or an attendance-based refund.
Weekly personal coaching discussions will not routinely be recorded. Teaching recaps and resources support occasional missed sessions. The HELLO, 2027 replay is for enrolled participants only. Do not record, screenshot, download for redistribution or share sessions, participant contributions or materials.
Program resources, including the HELLO, 2027 recording and shorter recap, are available from January 1 to December 31, 2027. This is 12 months of resource access. Live coaching is limited to the scheduled program dates; access does not include ongoing coaching or future rounds. The HELLO, 2027 replay will be available within 7 days of the workshop, and the shorter teaching recap within 14 days. Resources are added as they become available; the workshop recording is not available on 1 January before the workshop has taken place.
We will email your course login and private community invitation from 21 December 2026. If you enrol after that date, access will be arranged as part of your welcome. Preparation opens before the workshop. Weekly lessons and resources open the day before each group coaching session, rather than all at once. Extra resources may be added during the program and we will notify you by email. Please check your checkout email for all important links and updates.
The first 5 eligible paid enrolments, ordered by successful initial-payment timestamp, receive 2 private 45-minute coaching sessions: one before group coaching starts on January 13 and one after group coaching ends on March 3. Both payment options qualify. A checkout attempt, enquiry or failed payment does not reserve a bonus. Repeat instalments do not count as new enrolments.
If a qualifying enrolment is cancelled, its unused bonus ends with that enrolment. Faizah will contact the first 5 paid buyers directly to confirm their bonus and arrange their first session. Once bonus eligibility is confirmed, we will email your exclusive booking link. Choose an appointment before the workshop or from 2 to 12 January. A separate booking invitation will be sent for the second session after the group program.
Your first session must take place before 13 January 2027. Your second takes place after the group program, using the appointment choices in your second booking email. Please book one appointment per invitation and use your checkout email.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a private session. If you give less notice or miss it, contact us as soon as you can. We will discuss whether a replacement can be arranged, taking your circumstances and available appointments into account. A replacement is not guaranteed. Your legal rights still apply.
Other participants will hear what you choose to share during group sessions. Everyone must keep other participants’ identities, stories and contributions private. We cannot guarantee another participant’s behaviour. Do not share another woman’s story outside the group.
We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy and explain recording arrangements before sessions. Identifiable participant stories, images or testimonials will not be used for marketing without separate permission. Disruptive or harmful behaviour may require us to pause participation and discuss appropriate next steps; this does not automatically remove refund rights.
We use your checkout email for receipts, access, session links and important program updates. If you provide a mobile number, we may use it to contact you personally about an important program or booking issue. Your number will not be shared with other participants or used for bulk marketing texts. Service providers may process your details to help us deliver the program, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may invite you to answer a few questions about what you want to work on. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing. These answers help Faizah prepare and are not posted to the group.
This program is coaching and education, not therapy, medical treatment or crisis support. It offers guided reflection, practice and support, without guaranteeing a particular personal, career, relationship or financial result. Manifestation and law-of-attraction ideas are explored as perspectives alongside practical action, not scientific guarantees that thoughts alone create results.
Program materials are for your own personal use. Please do not share logins, reproduce, sell or distribute the materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. A change-of-mind policy does not remove remedies for a service that fails applicable consumer guarantees. Please contact us if something has not been delivered as agreed so we can discuss a remedy.
Queensland law applies, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to you. We will not retrospectively change the price or materially reduce the inclusions you purchased without your agreement or an appropriate remedy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
The terms you accept when you enrol apply to your purchase. We will tell you about any proposed change that affects your enrolment. Visiting this page again does not mean you accept a change to what you bought. We will not increase your agreed price or materially reduce your program inclusions without your agreement or an appropriate remedy. Your legal rights still apply.
